Made out of one piece of leather and cut in a triangular shape that wraps 1.5 times around the wrist.After the cutting and preparing are done, I cut a reptile kind of design in the tail of the cuff and colored it the Rasta/Jamaican colors and ad the holes for the bronze pin for the connection.At the last stage, I sand the leather bracelet and gets an oil treatment to make it stand the test of time.
My experience, I wear them all the time even when taking showers.

Using a flexible measuring tape, measure just above (the lower hand on the Wrist bone. Take the wrist circumference and make sure the tape is snug but not too tight or too loose.Relax your hand

Then add 0.78 inches or ( 2.0 cm) of extra length to your exact wrist circumference to come up with the size for your handcuff. (You need to add it due to the thickness of the leather, clasp and for comfort.)

These measurements are based on wearing the cuff with two fingers space with a comfortable almost loose fit.
