Refund Policy

Every ISHAOR piece is handmade from natural leather, so the item you receive may differ slightly from the photos on your screen. If you are not happy with your item, you can return it.

Return window

You can cancel your order and return an item within 14 days of receiving it. To start a return or exchange, contact us at ishaorleather@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at (+972) 50-443-0451.

Conditions

Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Items made to a custom design or personalized at your request are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

Refunds

Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. Refunds are issued once the returned item reaches us, excluding the original shipping fees.
