We usually ship within 14 business days after payment.

We ship your item through express services and take around 7 business days. We will not be held responsible for delays or lost items due to customs or postal services. Also, you are responsible for picking up your items at your nearest post office. If an item does not get picked up at the post office, and is sent back, the recipient pays for the extra shipping.

All items are insured and sent with a tracking number.

Additional duties and taxes may apply for International shipments. From our experience, most foreign customers are not charged when they receive the shipment, however, any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient.

For custom orders, the shipping takes longer, as the time to make the item varies.
