Accessibility Statement

ISHAOR is committed to making our website usable for everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe every customer should be able to browse, choose and order our handmade leather pieces with ease.

Standards

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, and Israeli Standard IS 5568, in line with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities regulations. Our website currently partially conforms to these standards, and we are actively working to improve it.

What we have done

A "Skip to content" link for keyboard and screen-reader users
Text descriptions (alt text) for product images
A responsive layout that works on phones, tablets and desktops, with zoom up to 500%
A clear site structure with headings and consistent navigation

Known limitations

Some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible, including certain third-party components (such as payment, review and pop-up tools) that we do not fully control. We are reviewing these and working with providers to improve them.
